Indian Peafowl or Indian Peafowl, which the scientific name Pavo cristatus is one of the three species of bird peacock. Indian Peafowl has a dark blue fur shiny. Birds of a large adult males, can reach 230cm in length, with a cover of a very long tail green metallic.
Peafowl population scattered in open forests with grasslands in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan. Previously this species was found also in Bangladesh, but now probably extinct there.
